Role: Digital Trading Coordinator
Reports into: Digital Trading Executive
Contract Type: Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in our offices based in Old Street, London

Our Digital Trade Team:
The Digital Trade Team at Oner Active sits at the heart of our eCommerce operation. We are a dynamic and data-driven group of digital experts focused on creating seamless, impactful customer journeys that drive commercial success. From optimising conversion funnels and improving customer retention to driving innovation across digital channels, our team is united by a passion for performance and a relentless pursuit of growth. About You
As a Digital Trading Coordinator, you will support the Digital Trading Executive and wider Digital Trade team in the day-to-day execution and operation of our 7 websites.
You will help ensure that trading activity, product launches, campaigns and website updates are delivered accurately and on time. This is a highly organised and hands-on role, ideal for someone who is commercially curious, extremely detail-oriented and comfortable working at pace.

You will work across a wide range of tasks, from website checks and trading updates to reporting, campaign setup and launch preparation. You will be an important support to the Digital Trading Executive, helping them execute the trading strategy efficiently while ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll be responsible for
- Support the Digital Trading Executive with the day-to-day management of our 7 websites.
- Execute website updates and trading changes as briefed by the Digital Trading Executive.
- Support the implementation of campaigns, promotions, launches and trading activity.
- Ensure products, collections, banners, links and content are correctly displayed on site.
- Support product and category merchandising updates.
- Help manage website trading calendars and ensure all activity is delivered on time.
- Complete daily website checks and flag any issues or anomalies quickly.
- Monitor key customer journeys to ensure the website is functioning correctly.
Product & Website Updates
- Support the Digital Merchandising Executive with product and catalogue updates when required.
- Assist with collection builds, product ordering, filters, tags and merchandising updates.
- Support the build and maintenance of PLPs and Enhanced Landing Pages.
- Make content and website updates using the relevant CMS and digital tools.
- Ensure all updates are accurately implemented across the relevant websites.
- Complete thorough QA checks before and after updates go live.
Campaign & Launch Support
- Support the Digital Trading Executive with new product and campaign launches.
- Prepare and check launch requirements, including products, collections, links, promotional messaging and website content.
- Follow launch checklists and timelines to ensure all activity is completed correctly.
- Support last-minute trading changes and updates when required.
- Conduct pre-launch and post-launch checks across relevant websites.
- Proactively flag missing assets, information or approvals that could impact a launch.
Reporting & Data Support
- Support the Digital Trading Executive with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Pull and consolidate data from Shopify, GA4, BI tools and other reporting platforms.
- Maintain trading trackers and performance reports.
- Help monitor key KPIs including sales, sessions, conversion, AOV, UPO and product performance.
- Highlight notable changes, issues or trends to the Digital Trading Executive.
- Support the preparation of weekly trading updates and performance reviews.
Website QA & Customer Experience
- Conduct regular website audits across all 7 websites.
- Check product pages, PLPs, landing pages, navigation, links, pricing and promotional messaging.
- Test key customer journeys, particularly around launches and campaigns.
- Identify and report website issues to the relevant teams.
- Follow up on issues to ensure they are resolved within the required timeframe.
- Help maintain a consistently high-quality customer experience across all markets.

Administration & Team Coordination
- Maintain trading calendars, launch trackers and task lists.
- Keep documentation and processes up to date.
- Coordinate information and deadlines across Digital Trade and other teams.
- Help ensure briefs, assets and approvals are received on time.
- Support the Digital Trading Executive with ad-hoc requests and projects.
- Take ownership of smaller tasks and projects from brief through to completion.
You’ll need to have
- Experience working with Shopify or another eCommerce platform.
- Previous experience in eCommerce, Digital, Retail, Marketing or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in eCommerce and digital trading.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good understanding of eCommerce metrics and commercial performance.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple teams.
- Proactive approach with the ability to identify issues and take action.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
- Willingness to learn new systems and digital tools quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience with GA4, Contentsquare or other digital analytics tools.
- Experience with CMS or website management platforms.
- Experience within a fashion, retail or DTC eCommerce business.
- Experience working across multiple websites or international markets.
- Basic understanding of digital merchandising and CRO.
What success looks like
Success in this role means being a reliable and proactive partner to the Digital Trading Executive, helping the team execute trading activity quickly, accurately and consistently across all 7 websites.
- Website updates and trading activity are delivered accurately and on time.
- Launches run smoothly with minimal execution issues.
- Website QA is thorough and issues are identified proactively.
- Reporting and trading trackers are accurate and always up to date.
- Multiple priorities are managed effectively without losing attention to detail.
- You proactively identify what needs to be done rather than waiting to be asked.
- The Digital Trading Executive can rely on you to keep the day-to-day operation moving.
- You continuously learn and develop your understanding of digital trading and eCommerce.
