Our Digital Trade Team
The Digital Trade Team at Oner Active sits at the heart of our eCommerce operation. We are a dynamic and data-driven group of digital experts focused on creating seamless, impactful customer journeys that drive commercial success. From optimising conversion funnels and improving customer retention to driving innovation across digital channels, our team is united by a passion for performance and a relentless pursuit of growth. About you:
As a Digital Merchandising Executive, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation and execution of Oner Active's eCommerce websites. Your main responsibility will be the end-to-end setup and management of our product catalogue in Shopify, alongside building and maintaining PLPs and Enhanced Landing Pages across our 7 websites.
You will ensure that every product, collection and landing page is accurately built, fully tested and ready to go live on time.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
You will work closely with Digital Trade, Buying, Merchandising, Creative, Marketing and Development to bring product launches, campaigns and trading initiatives to life across our websites.
You’ll be responsible for
Shopify Product & Item Setup Core Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end setup of new products in Shopify, ensuring every item is fully configured and ready to go live.
- Create and maintain Shopify products, including product names, descriptions, SKUs, variants, pricing, inventory, product types and product status.
- Upload and manage product imagery and media, ensuring the correct assets and order are used.
- Create and maintain product variants, including colour and size.
- Assign products to the correct collections, categories, tags and merchandising groups.
- Set up and maintain metafields and product attributes.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, complete and consistent across our 7 websites.
- Manage product updates after launch, including pricing, imagery, descriptions, categorisation and other product attributes.
- Complete detailed pre-launch QA to ensure products are correctly configured and presented.
- Proactively identify and resolve product setup issues before they impact a launch.
- Work to strict deadlines to ensure all products are fully ready ahead of launch.
PLP & Enhanced Landing Page Builds
- Build and maintain Product Listing Pages across our 7 websites.
- Build and maintain Enhanced Landing Pages using our website CMS and available components.
- Set up page structures, products, collections, content blocks, filters and merchandising rules as required.
- Ensure the correct products are displayed and ordered based on the trading strategy and campaign requirements.
- Build pages for new launches, campaigns, seasonal moments, promotions and evergreen trading activity.
- Ensure pages are accurately localised and adapted across our different websites and markets.
- QA all PLPs and Enhanced Landing Pages across desktop and mobile before launch.
- Check links, imagery, product availability, copy, pricing, merchandising and functionality before pages go live.
- Manage updates and changes to live pages quickly and accurately.
- Work closely with Creative and Digital Trade to ensure pages are built according to approved designs and briefs.
Digital Merchandising
- Support the Digital Trading Manager with the day-to-day merchandising of products across our websites.
- Manage product ordering, collections, filters, tags and merchandising rules.
- Ensure products are visible in the correct categories and customer journeys.
- Support on-site search and product discovery, ensuring customers can easily find relevant products.
- Support product recommendations, product pairings and outfit merchandising where required.
- Ensure product presentation is aligned with the wider trading and campaign strategy.
- Monitor live websites and proactively identify merchandising or content issues.
Launch & Campaign Execution
- Work closely with Digital Trade, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Creative to deliver product and campaign launches on time.
- Manage multiple launches and website builds simultaneously across 7 websites.
- Follow detailed launch checklists and timelines to ensure all requirements are completed.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and proactively flag missing assets, information or approvals.
- Support urgent trading changes and last-minute updates when required.
- Ensure all launches are fully QA'd before going live.

Quality Control & Website QA
- Conduct regular site audits to identify incorrect, missing or inconsistent product and page information.
- Complete pre-launch and post-launch QA across all 7 websites.
- Check product information, imagery, links, pricing, merchandising, page layouts and functionality.
- Proactively identify issues and work with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy across all digital touchpoints.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Support the Digital Trading team with basic reporting on product and page performance.
- Use Shopify Analytics, GA4 and Contentsquare where relevant to understand product and page performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve product discoverability, page performance and customer experience.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, workflows and the efficiency of product and page setup.
You’ll need to have
- Proven experience in eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, eCommerce Operations or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, including product and catalogue management.
- Experience building and managing PLPs, landing pages or equivalent eCommerce pages.
- Excellent understanding of product setup, collections, variants, tags, filters and merchandising.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, launches and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment without compromising on quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Proactive approach to problem solving, with the confidence to identify issues and find solutions independently.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how product presentation and website execution impact customer experience and sales.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a fashion, retail or DTC eCommerce business.
- Experience managing multiple international websites or markets.
- Experience with GA4, Contentsquare or Shopify Analytics.
- Experience with Algolia, Nosto or other search and recommendation tools.
- Experience with Shopify Plus.
- Experience working with website CMS platforms and component-based page builders.
