Job Description
As a Digital Trading Assistant, you will support the day-to-day management, trading and optimisation of the ASOS website(s) across devices. This includes site merchandising, search optimisation, and building and managing on-site pages.
You will work closely with the Digital Trading Specialist and Manager to support trading activity and optimise the customer journey, balancing commercial and brand priorities to enhance the onsite customer experience and drive conversion across markets.
The Details
- Ensuring website standards are maintained to maximise business performance and the customer journey
- Contributing to the production of trade reporting (including category and search), and creating ad hoc reports to track and analyse customer engagement
- Interpreting performance data to identify opportunities to optimise the customer journey and onsite experience
- Assisting the Digital Trading Specialist and Manager in managing and optimising category and navigation across channels and devices
- Supporting the management of onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across markets and enhancing the search experience
- Coordinating homepage, promo and CRM processes, alongside stakeholder management
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver trade events and key initiatives
- Supporting campaign launches, as well as the rollout of new features and digital products
- Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications
About You
- Organisational and coordination skills
- Experience of using online merchandising systems, is preferable but not required
- Competent using systems and comfortable working in a technology-based environment
- Commercially aware, customer obsessed with the ability to use initiative and intuition
- Excellent communicator with good motivational & leadership skills
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues
- A proactive approach
- Flexible, agile, and open to change
- Positive attitude, self-aware and self-motivated
- Analytical skills
- Presenting skills
