About the Role
Our fast expanding in-house Digital Department is looking for a talented, passionate Digital Trading Executive to join our dynamic team. You'll support the digital trading manager in the trading and site optimisation of FF.com and provide reporting and insights to help drive sales and conversion. You'll work closely with demand planners and marketing teams to help drive performance, report on KPIs, web analytics and work to deadlines.
As Digital Trading Executive, you’ll have a passion for all things digital. You’ll have a foundation of digital knowledge within a fashion retail environment and you’ll be looking to really build your digital career. As well as coming armed with an irresistible personality, extraordinary attention to detail, you’ll need to be organised and have a ‘get up and go’ mentality to become a master in our busy digital department.
You’ll thrive at the idea of providing support to the busy digital team with the aim of maximising the online trading opportunities at FitFlop.
The Responsibilities
- Assist with the day to day website trading and merchandising actions across all territories
- Develop an understanding of all website KPIs and budget, and how daily actions impact these
- Responsible for the product creation process, liaising with demand planners, studio and copywriters to ensure products are created and launched based on intake and marketing calendar
- Support on building out the trade calendar with key opportunities for promotions, product and trend launches
- Visually merchandise product landing pages on a daily and/or weekly basis for specific territories, factoring in emails, stock, sales and seasonality
- Use our CX tools Contentsquare and AB Tasty to enhance conversion and user journeys, carrying out regular market and competitor analysis to inform ideas
- Conduct regular site walks on all territories to identify and rectify any issues, as well as reviewing opportunities to improve the customer journey
- Assist the trading team and Content Exec in briefing homepage and content updates, factoring in seasonality and sales
- Work with CRM and Digital Marketing teams on newsletters and paid ads, advising on landing pages as well and stock and intake changes
- Implement trading actions across all territories, including category creation and updates, mega menu refreshes, search bar changes and SEO requests
- Undertake competitor analysis on an ad hoc/seasonal basis identifying opportunities that may help improve the customer experience

The Person
- You’ll have a little experience in the digital world already and ideally come from a fashion / retail background
- You’ll have great numerical and analytical skills and be a whizz with Excel
- You’ll be super-organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise!
- You’ll have an eagle-eye for detail and accuracy
- Good communication and being commercially aware is key
- You’ll be self-motivated, with a positive attitude - a team player who is keen to contribute and work collaboratively as part of an awesome team
- You’ll be the eyes and ears of digital, so keeping up to date with the latest developments in the digital arena is key
