What’s the role about?
We’re looking for a Digital Trading Executive to join our E-Commerce team and help ensure every product goes live fully optimised to deliver the best possible onsite customer journey and drive demand for Reiss. You will play a key role in managing product set-up, resolving data issues, and supporting the smooth flow of product from buy to live across our digital platforms.
Working closely with internal product, trade, content, and operations teams, as well as external Next Total Platform partners, you’ll help identify opportunities to improve product presentation, onsite findability, and process efficiency while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.
Who you are
- A proactive and ambitious individual with a passion for building a career in the luxury fashion industry and an interest in digital retail and e-commerce.
- Commercially aware and customer-focused, with an understanding of how product presentation, content, and onsite journeys can influence customer experience and sales.
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, product launches, and data requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident working with data, systems, and product information, with strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach to resolving issues.
- A clear communicator and relationship builder, able to work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure actions are followed through and deadlines are met.
- Collaborative and self-motivated, comfortable working as part of a team while also using your own initiative to troubleshoot problems and identify improvements.
- Previous shop floor, head office, retail, digital, or e-commerce experience is preferred, but not essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
