ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary – £62,000 - £82,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Insight Generation: As a skilled individual contributor, you’ll work end to end on creating insights. You’ll use a range of tools, (SQL, Dashboards, Sheets and Platforms such as Contentsquare, Adobe, Dovetail) and lean on your deep commercial knowledge to arrive at new trading insights that’ll grow the business.
  • Insight Delivery: You’ll deliver impactful and highly commercial insights regularly, this might take the form of a message or a chat, right through to an in depth presentation to a large audience. You’ll effectively match your medium to business needs and focus on simplicity and impact within your storytelling.
  • Stakeholder Support: You’ll work closely with senior, category aligned stakeholders to deliver the insight they need to hit their goals. Sometimes working with partial and ambiguous briefs, you’ll draw on the wider trading, commercial, product and insights communities to create insights that improve the decisions we make and grow the business.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: You’ll swiftly become an expert in our tools and processes and generate a strong commercial and strategic awareness. • Product & Trading Analytics Suites: Advanced experience using digital product and trading analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, or Amplitude.
  • Data Visualisation & Automation: Proven track record with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) turning complex datasets into clear, impactful visualisations.
  • Stakeholder Influence & Storytelling: Extensive experience directly partnering with senior business stakeholders, translating technical data into impactful narratives that directly influence commercial choices and P&L performance.
  • Commercial Acumen & Autonomy: Strong understanding of complex retail/commercial environments, with the ability to work autonomously, manage work in progress, and deliver at pace.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
