About The Role
Salary – £62,000 - £82,000
Contract type – Permanent
Working pattern – The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach. Currently, this role is based in our London head office three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the remaining two days worked from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Insight Generation: As a skilled individual contributor, you’ll work end to end on creating insights. You’ll use a range of tools, (SQL, Dashboards, Sheets and Platforms such as Contentsquare, Adobe, Dovetail) and lean on your deep commercial knowledge to arrive at new trading insights that’ll grow the business.
- Insight Delivery: You’ll deliver impactful and highly commercial insights regularly, this might take the form of a message or a chat, right through to an in-depth presentation to a large audience. You’ll effectively match your medium to business needs and focus on simplicity and impact within your storytelling.
- Stakeholder Support: You’ll work closely with senior, category aligned stakeholders to deliver the insight they need to hit their goals. Sometimes working with partial and ambiguous briefs, you’ll draw on the wider trading, commercial, product and insights communities to create insights that improve the decisions we make and grow the business.
- Subject Matter Expertise: You’ll swiftly become an expert in our tools and processes and generate a strong commercial and strategic awareness. You’ll be comfortable working with clear goals but also with ambiguity and autonomy and will always be looking to improve the way we do things, at pace.
Essential Skills/experience You’ll Need
- Technical Data Proficiency: Significant hands-on experience in analytics or data science, using languages like SQL, SAS, Python, or R
- Product & Trading Analytics Suites: Advanced experience using digital product and trading analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, or Amplitude.
- Data Visualisation & Automation: Proven track record with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) turning complex datasets into clear, impactful visualisations.
- Stakeholder Influence & Storytelling: Extensive experience directly partnering with senior business stakeholders, translating technical data into impactful narratives that directly influence commercial choices and P&L performance.
- Commercial Acumen & Autonomy: Strong understanding of complex retail/commercial environments, with the ability to work autonomously, manage work in progress, and deliver at pace.

Desirable Skills/experience You May Have
- Adjacent Insight Methodologies: Familiarity or hands-on experience working alongside UX Research and Experimentation (A/B testing) teams to enrich quantitative analysis with qualitative customer context.
- Data Engineering Collaboration: Experience partnering with Data Engineers and implementation teams to trace data from source pipelines, ensuring tracking accuracy and data integrity.
