The Brand

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most recognised retail brands as a Digital Trading Manager. Renowned for having one of the strongest ecommerce websites and omnichannel experiences in the industry, the business continues to invest heavily in digital innovation to create a seamless customer journey across web, app and stores. Alongside a highly competitive salary, you'll receive a discretionary bonus, an excellent benefits package and the chance to be part of a business where digital is at the heart of its continued growth.

The Role

As the Digital Trading Manager, you'll report into the Senior Digital Trading Manager and take ownership of driving online trading performance across multiple product categories. Working closely with teams across trading, merchandising, marketing, pricing and supply chain, you'll optimise the customer journey, identify commercial opportunities and use data to influence trading decisions. This is a highly visible role with genuine ownership, where you'll play a key part in shaping the performance of one of the UK's leading omnichannel retailers while mentoring and developing a Digital Trader.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
