Purpose of the Role
Owns the trafficking and technical set-up of campaigns across IAG Media's digital inventory, ensuring campaigns are correctly configured, launched, monitored, optimised and reported across digital channels such as web, app, email, Wi-Fi portal, IFE and other addressable digital surfaces.
Manages campaign set-up from approved media plan to launch, including creative checks, trafficking, tagging, audience/placement configuration, QA, pacing monitoring, troubleshooting and delivery optimisation.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage campaign trafficking across the relevant channel platforms, including GAM, DV360, Kevel and PAC's OneMedia
- Translate approved campaign requirements into technical trafficking set-up
- Configure campaigns in the relevant ad-serving, CRM or digital delivery platforms
- Validate creative assets against format specs, brand-safety rules and customer-experience guardrails
- Set up tags, tracking links, audience segments, placement rules and campaign naming conventions
- Run pre-launch QA and ensure campaigns are ready to go live
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, errors, discrepancies and performance signals
- Recommend optimizations to improve delivery, pacing or media mix
- Coordinate with Tech & Data and OpCo teams to resolve technical delivery issues
- Provide delivery inputs for reporting and post-campaign analysis in coordination with the Account Managers
- Maintain trafficking documentation, checklists and operational best practices

Campaign Set-Up Completed Accurately and on Time
- Creative, tagging, tracking and placement QA completed before launch
- Accurate trafficking across ad servers / relevant platforms
- Campaign pacing and delivery monitored regularly
- Delivery issues, discrepancies and under-pacing escalated and resolved
- Campaign optimisation recommendations shared with Account Managers
Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years in ad operations, digital trafficking, campaign operations or digital media delivery
- Hands-on experience with ad servers, trafficking workflows, QA processes and campaign monitoring
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, tracking tags, creative specs, pacing and delivery metrics
- Experience with different display, video, CRM, web / app, Wi-Fi portal and IFE digital ad formats
- Experience using the main ad-serving platforms across different channels (onsite, offsite and IFE), including GAM, DV360, Kevel and PAC's OneMedia
- Good understanding of campaign KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CTR, completion rate, viewability and delivery accuracy
- Strong troubleshooting skills, able to identify root causes of delivery issues or discrepancies
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously
- Able to work closely with Sales, Account Management, Tech & Data, Ad Products & Innovation and OpCo teams
- Experience with Salesforce and campaign management tools, including ad server log files, is desirable
- Comfortable working under launch deadlines and escalating risks early
