An Exciting Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative Digital Education Team. We welcome applications from motivated individuals with a passion for using digital technology to support staff development and enhance patient care.
The Role
The successful candidate will deliver and evaluate high-quality training to individuals and groups through a blended approach, including face-to-face sessions, virtual platforms, and eLearning. Experience in clinical systems training and digital content development is desirable, but full training and support will be provided. The role involves creating engaging learning resources such as eLearning modules and instructional videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training, support, and knowledge to support the implementation and development of all elements of Digital Education being implemented within the Trust.
- Ensure that all users make full and effective use of Digital tools by evaluating and testing current and new software, as well as planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating training courses.

Requirements
- Reliable and adaptable individual with strong communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage your workload effectively, and contribute positively to a supportive team.
- Flexibility to travel between sites and occasional evening or weekend working is required.
