An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative Digital Education Team.
We welcome applications from motivated individuals with a passion for using digital technology to support staff development and enhance patient care.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver and evaluate high-quality training to individuals and groups through a blended approach, including face-to-face sessions, virtual platforms, and eLearning.
- Create engaging learning resources such as eLearning modules and instructional videos.
Experience in:
- Clinical systems training
- Digital content development
is desirable, but full training and support will be provided.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Autonomous working.
- Effective workload management.
- Positive contribution to a supportive team.

Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to travel between sites.
- Occasional evening or weekend working.
The role is based at Royal Bolton Hospital, with flexible and agile working supported.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training, support, and knowledge to support the implementation and development of all elements of Digital Education being implemented within the Trust.
- Ensure that all users make full and effective use of Digital tools by evaluating and testing current and new software, as well as planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating training courses.
