We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our busy Team as a Digital Trainer. In this role you will be responsible for creating and delivering training courses to ensure all staff are efficient and effective in using the systems required for their job roles. This is a very exciting time for our team as we support the Trust on the Digital Journey.

You should have a proven track record in training development and delivery to staff of all levels and have the ability to develop good quality training materials.
The role is with the Digital Portfolio whereby the core principles are;

To deliver training courses to ensure all UHL Hospital staff are efficient and effective users of the Trust’s clinical and business Digital systems. Also, through effective education, training and development to support the Trust with Information Governance and help it to meet its targets within the national guidelines and strategies.
Our new strategy, developed with the support and feedback of colleagues, patients, and partners, is our compass for the next seven years (2023-2030).
