The Vacancy
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Advisor to join our growing Digital Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with manufacturing organisations, helping them identify, develop, and implement Industry 4.0 solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and commercial success.
About The Role
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with manufacturing clients to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities where digital technologies can deliver measurable value. You will combine consultancy, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise to support organisations on their digital transformation journeys.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing client needs and identifying opportunities for digital transformation.
- Applying recognised assessment frameworks to evaluate digital maturity and capability.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements to uncover business improvement opportunities.
- Developing business cases, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps.
- Advising on the selection and implementation of digital and business information systems.
- Supporting pilot projects and proof-of-concept activities to validate solutions.
- Working collaboratively with clients, technology partners, and internal specialists to deliver successful outcomes.

You will ideally have experience or knowledge of:
- Manufacturing systems such as ERP, MRP, MES and PLM.
- IT and Operational Technology (OT) architectures.
- Manufacturing data flows and information systems.
- Digital transformation, process improvement, or manufacturing consultancy.
- Industry 4.0 technologies and emerging digital solutions.
The following would be advantageous:
- Manufacturing operational efficiency methodologies.
- Business process re-engineering.
- Change management principles.
Skills & Attributes
You will be:
- An excellent communicator, capable of presenting complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
