Digital Transformation Analyst | North London | Permanent | Onsite 5 days a week
Robert Half has partnered with an organisation looking for a Digital Transformation Analyst to play a key role in delivering technology improvements, supporting business-critical systems, and identifying opportunities to streamline operations through digital innovation. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll gather requirements, analyse business processes, support system enhancements, and help deliver transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and user experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Mapping and improving business processes
- Supporting business-critical applications and systems
- Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Working with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
- Producing reports, insights, and management information
- Supporting system implementations and digital transformation projects
- Delivering user training and system documentation

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Support, or Digital Transformation roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience gathering requirements and driving process improvements
- Exposure to UAT, system testing, and change initiatives
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or business applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Desirable Skills
- Power BI
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)
- Dynamics 365 or Business Central
- Data analysis and reporting
- Experience supporting digital transformation programmes
