What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support the identification, assessment, and prioritization of automation and AI use cases across Global Trade Services.
  • Translate business challenges into innovative technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with technology teams, data scientists, engineers, and product owners to develop and implement business solutions.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution adoption, and change management activities.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making and business performance improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships with Operations, Technology, Regulatory Affairs, and other key stakeholders.

What Do You Bring With You:

  • Strong interest in automation technologies, digital transformation, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CBS, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Experience with process automation platforms such as Power Automate, RPA solutions, or workflow automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or intelligent automation concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and product delivery teams.
  • Previous experience within logistics, transportation, customs clearance, or international trade is an advantage.
