About the Role

The Digital Transformation Team is seeking to appoint a detail-orientated and proactive Business Analyst to join an innovative, growing team. The centralised team delivers technological solutions at all areas of Lovewell Blake and by joining the team you will play a crucial role in assisting with Lovewell Blake's vision of efficient growth and digital modernisation.

The Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for analysing and documenting existing processes, as well as redesigning these where necessary.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to create a pipeline of high-impact opportunities that align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be able to host 'Deep Dive/Discovery' workshops with process owners across the business to gain a detailed understanding of current processes
  • Document existing end to end processes in a granular level of detail via a Process Description Document
  • Prepare detailed process flowchart diagrams using Visio, or other flowchart software
  • Design future processes which make use of technologies to remove existing pain points in business processes
  • Analyse business processes to determine their suitability for automation using predefined criteria
  • Assess technical feasibility, ROI potential, and impact on stakeholders for candidate processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience working in a transformation or automation centre of excellence is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in process analysis or improvement projects
  • Proficient with the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts including Networking, Databases, Client/Server applications, SAAS applications, encryption and security is desirable
  • Logical and structured thinking, ideally with some knowledge of basic programming principles including conditional logic, loops, variable types and reusability
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
