Digital Transformation Consultant
Location: Belfast (Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 (flexible depending on experience)
Are you someone who enjoys improving processes, delivering change and helping organisations transform the way they work?
We're partnering with an innovative Northern Ireland business that is investing heavily in its digital future. As the organisation develops its next-generation technology platform, they're looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant to help drive business change, improve operational processes and coordinate key transformation initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project delivery, business transformation or programme coordination who wants to play a visible role in shaping how a growing business operates.
The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll support a range of transformation projects designed to modernise systems, improve business processes and deliver measurable operational improvements.
You'll act as the link between business teams, technology partners and project stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting and coordinating digital transformation initiatives across the business
- Managing project plans, timelines and stakeholder communications
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Working alongside external technology partners during key project phases
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into practical delivery plans
- Supporting change management and ensuring successful adoption of new processes
- Producing project documentation, reporting and governance updates
What we're looking for

- Business Analysis
- Operational Improvement
- Finance Transformation
- Procurement or Third-Party Risk Management (desirable but not essential)

- Experience delivering business or digital transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities
- A proactive approach with the confidence to drive initiatives forward
- Experience working across multiple business functions
