Digital Transformation & Automation Manager – Banking Operations

London | Financial Services | Hybrid

Note ** End-to-End transformation delivery experience alongside business analysis and process re-engineering is vital for this role.

We are recruiting an experienced Digital Transformation & Automation professional to join a newly established transformation function within a major Financial Services organisation. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on using automation, low-code technology, data visualisation and AI to improve operational processes across a complex Corporate & Investment Banking environment.

The successful candidate will combine strong business analysis and process improvement skills with the technical capability to prototype, build and deliver practical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Python and automation technologies. This is not purely a strategy or programme-management position. We are looking for someone who can understand an operational problem, redesign the process and then help build and implement the solution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
