The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused Digital Transformation Lead, UK to help shape and deliver the digital roadmap across our International business.
Aligned with our strategic priority of Driving Digital and Innovation, you’ll work across business functions to identify opportunities, develop robust business cases and deliver digital initiatives that generate measurable value.
As a trusted technology adviser, you’ll partner with senior leaders, functional teams, technology partners and our India-based technology centre to translate business priorities into practical digital solutions.

The role combines strategic influence with hands-on portfolio leadership. You’ll oversee digital initiatives against agreed priorities, timelines and budgets while championing governance, cybersecurity compliance and consistent technology deployment.

- Shape and maintain the digital roadmap across our International business
- Turn business opportunities and challenges into effective digital solutions
- Develop robust business cases and demonstrate value from digital investment
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and drive adoption of the digital agenda
- Lead a portfolio of digital initiatives against agreed priorities, timelines and budgets
- Champion strong governance, cybersecurity compliance and standardised IT deployment
- Accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative working practices
- Use data and analytics to deepen customer understanding and improve experiences
✅ What we’re looking for
- Experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, digital strategy or technology delivery
- A track record of delivering large-scale digital programmes with measurable business value and return on investment
- Strong knowledge of business processes and enterprise solutions, ideally within consumer goods
- Strategic understanding of AI, ERP solutions, master data and enterprise data ecosystems
- An understanding of cybersecurity and data-governance principles
- The ability to communicate complex business and technology concepts clearly
- Strong stakeholder-management, strategic decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or relevant equivalent experience
