Digital Transformation Portfolio & Knowledge Management Lead
My client, a leading multinational, is looking for a Digital Transformation Portfolio & Knowledge Management Lead for a global transformation to programme. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for a digital product portfolio, knowledge management, and data governance agenda. The role ensures that investments in digital platforms, information management, and data capabilities translate into sustainable business value through effective governance, portfolio prioritization, organizational capability building, and adoption of new ways of working. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing digital solutions to enhance innovation development, streamline knowledge sharing, support data-driven decision-making and support data analytics that can revolutionize the way new products are brought to the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, knowledge management systems, and process optimization, preferably within manufacturing, consumer goods or medical/pharma sector.

Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a roadmap for digital transformation initiatives
- Identify and implement cutting-edge digital tools and technologies (e.g., AI, automation, IoT, cloud solutions)
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive digital adoption and ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes as well as bringing our existing systems and data processes up to new standards
- Design and implement a robust Knowledge Management framework
- Develop and manage a centralized data repository
- Lead successful change management program in support of adoption & compliance with new digital and data structure framework
- Work closely with external vendors and technology partners to implement and optimize digital solutions
- Establish a sustainable operating model for the digital product portfolio, including governance, ownership, and decision-making structures
- Advance data governance capabilities that support AI, analytics, and digital product investments
- Build organizational capability in product ownership, stewardship, knowledge management, and governance

Skills/Experience
- Portfolio Leadership
- Data & Information Governance Leadership
- Knowledge Management Leadership
- Proven experience in digital transformation, knowledge management, or process optimization, preferably within manufacturing, consumer goods or medical / pharmaceutical sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with digital tools such as ERP, PLM, AI-driven analytics, cloud platforms, automation software, and knowledge management systems
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale digital initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Communication: Executive Influence & Stakeholder Management and advanced communication skills to persuade and influence stakeholders.
