Join FedEx Global Trade Services (GTS) as a Digital Transformation Lead and play a key role in accelerating our transformation into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization in Europe.

You will work closely with business leaders, operations teams, technology partners, and subject matter experts to identify transformational opportunities, drive innovation, and lead change initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance across our global network.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives:

  • Drive transformation programs that support the evolution of Global Trade Services into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.
  • Support the development and execution of the Global Trade Services digital transformation roadmap.
  • Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Connect Business and Technology:

  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Automation Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, Operations Teams, and IT partners.
  • Translate business needs into transformation opportunities and implementation initiatives.
  • Support the successful delivery and adoption of transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to build support for transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate transformation vision, progress, risks, and achievements.
  • Facilitate alignment across functions and geographic regions.

Enable Organizational Adoption:

  • Support change management and adoption activities associated with new technologies and processes.
  • Develop communication and engagement plans that help teams embrace change.
  • Identify barriers to adoption and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Measure transformation success through clearly defined business outcomes and performance indicators.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Data & Analytics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of process automation technologies, Power Platform, workflow automation, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Product Management, or Project Management practices.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, supply chain, or international trade environments.
  • Change Management certification, Lean Six Sigma certification, or equivalent is an advantage.
