Digital Transformation Lead – AI & Microsoft Consultancy
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Equity/Share Option
Location: Remote-first, with approximately 1 day per week in Central London
Type: Permanent
The Opportunity
A fast-growing AI and Microsoft consultancy is looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to take ownership of delivery across a growing portfolio of enterprise transformation engagements.
This is an opportunity for someone from a technology consulting, digital transformation or enterprise transformation background who understands what successful transformation delivery looks like and is confident challenging, guiding and developing teams to achieve better outcomes for clients.
You don't need to be an AI or Copilot specialist. The business is looking for a transformation leader who can operate confidently in an increasingly AI-driven technology environment.
With a growing team of consultants and engineers, including junior talent developed through an internal AI Academy, you'll play a key role in improving delivery quality, developing people and helping shape how the consultancy scales.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Transformation Delivery
- Take ownership of delivery across enterprise digital transformation engagements.
- Ensure projects are delivering meaningful outcomes and value for clients, not simply meeting timelines and milestones.
- Challenge delivery teams where required and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and client outcomes.
- Identify and remove blockers, risks and delivery issues before they impact client relationships.
- Establish structure, accountability and consistency across delivery teams.
- Help shape and continuously improve the consultancy's delivery methodology and ways of working.
Lead & Develop People
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to consultants and engineers across the delivery team.
- Support the development of junior consultants coming through the company's internal AI Academy.
- Establish clear expectations around delivery quality, ownership and professional development.
- Act as a senior point of reference for consultants working on complex client engagements.
- Help create an environment where people can develop into confident, high-performing consultants.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
