Digital Transformation Lead
Location: London / Remote – 1 day per week in London
Tenth Revolution Group is working exclusively with a rapidly growing Microsoft consultancy that is helping enterprise organisations navigate the adoption of AI, Microsoft Copilot and emerging technologies.
As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to join the team and take ownership of the successful delivery of client transformation programmes, while leading and developing a growing team of consultants.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has built their career in technology consulting or digital transformation and is ready to take on greater ownership in a high-growth environment.
The Role
This isn't a traditional Project Manager or Delivery Manager position, and you don't need to be a deep technical Copilot specialist.
We're looking for someone who understands how to successfully deliver technology transformation within enterprise organisations and can bring that experience into a growing consultancy.
You'll be responsible for making sure projects are delivering genuine value for clients, while providing leadership, coaching and structure to the consultants working across those engagements.
You'll be the person asking:
- Are we solving the right problem for the client?
- Are we delivering the outcomes we've promised?
- Is the team working effectively?
- Are we getting the most value from our engagements?
- Where can we improve our approach?
- How can we make our delivery more efficient?
- Are our clients getting enough value that they want to continue working with us?
Ultimately, you'll own delivery success across your area of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple enterprise client engagements.
- Provide leadership, structure and accountability across project teams.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants, helping them develop their consulting and delivery capabilities.
- Work closely with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders to understand objectives and ensure transformation programmes remain outcome-focused.
- Identify delivery risks, blockers and opportunities for improvement.
- Challenge existing ways of working and introduce more effective delivery practices.
- Improve the efficiency, consistency and quality of client delivery.
- Help allocate resources effectively across projects and teams.
- Support the development of consultants and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build strong client relationships through successful delivery and tangible outcomes.
- Help drive the growth of existing client accounts through the quality and impact of your work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in candidates with around 5+ years' experience in areas such as:
- Digital Transformation

You'll need to have personally delivered and driven transformation projects, rather than simply overseeing them from a distance.

AI & Microsoft Experience
You don't need to be a Copilot or AI specialist. Experience across the Microsoft ecosystem is beneficial, but the consultancy is far more interested in your ability to lead enterprise transformation and deliver meaningful client outcomes.
