We’re exclusively partnered with a major global retailer undergoing significant investment across its Digital and Data & Analytics capabilities.

As part of this transformation, we’re looking for a D&A Digital Transformation Lead to sit at the intersection of Digital and Data, helping shape how analytics, customer data and insight support a major digital transformation agenda.

This is not a hands-on Data Analyst, BI or Data Science role.
It’s a senior, strategic position for someone who understands the full D&A landscape but whose real strength is connecting Digital, Data, Product and Technology teams to turn transformation priorities into deliverable outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the senior D&A lead supporting the Digital Transformation function
  • Translate digital priorities into clear D&A requirements, capabilities and roadmaps
  • Work across Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Reporting and Data Governance
  • Support ecommerce initiatives across product discovery, customer journeys, conversion, basket, checkout, fulfilment and post-purchase
  • Shape how customer data is used across CDPs, CRM and personalisation
  • Lead the approach to digital analytics, experimentation and A/B testing
  • Partner with technical teams around tagging, data foundations, event structures and modern data platforms
  • Manage dependencies, sequencing and trade-offs across complex transformation programmes
  • Build strong relationships across senior Digital, Product, Technology and D&A leadership
  • Help establish and shape a dedicated D&A capability supporting Digital Transformation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
