Skills Required:

  • Proven experience owning major client transformations from strategy through execution, ideally in professional services.
  • A strong record of securing and growing large-scale business tied to major platform investments.
  • Experience developing others and uplifting capability across consulting, transformation, or delivery teams.
  • Ability to influence and encourage senior executives, securing belief, investment, and alignment.
  • Critical thinking grounded in real-world delivery, including the ability to translate AI-enabled futures into actionable plans.
  • Expertise in transformation disciplines - operating model development, governance, change, and benefits achievement.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the organisational challenges of AI and agentic workflows, along with the assurance to lead clients through them.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills that drive clarity and confident decisions.
  • A collaborative leadership style that works fluidly across pre-sales, delivery, partners, and executives.
  • A relentless focus on outcomes, adoption, and realised value - never just activity!
