Digital Transformation Leader

We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Leader to lead strategic transformation programmes and partner with senior executives across Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Content Supply, AI, Automation, and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Digital Transformation programmes end-to-end — from pre-sales and strategy through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
  • Develop Digital Transformation strategies, roadmaps, success plans, and operating models aligned to business objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior stakeholders, and transformation leaders.
  • Bridge commercial strategy and delivery execution, ensuring commitments translate into measurable outcomes.
  • Lead transformation across Customer Experience (CX), Content Supply Chain, AI, Automation, and Agentic AI.
  • Advise clients on AI transformation, agentic workflows, governance, operating models, capabilities, and organisational change.
  • Orchestrate consulting teams, delivery teams, architects, technology partners, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Establish strong programme governance, risk management, benefits tracking, and transformation performance routines.
  • Identify and remove delivery blockers to accelerate transformation execution and business value.
  • Partner with sales and professional services teams to develop and win large-scale transformation and platform-led opportunities.
  • Develop and scale transformation methodologies, frameworks, IP, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Drive adoption, change management, capability building, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale Digital Transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
  • Strong professional services / consulting / transformation background.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise transformation, platform investments, and complex technology programmes.
  • Strong track record of influencing and engaging C-suite and senior executives.
  • Expertise in operating model transformation, governance, organisational change, programme delivery, and benefits realization.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Automation, Agentic AI, and AI-enabled business transformation.
  • Experience developing transformation roadmaps, business cases, propositions, and strategic programmes.
  • Ability to connect commercial objectives, technology strategy, delivery execution, adoption, and value realization.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
