About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious technology or transformation professional to play a key role in delivering digital change across a growing organisation. Working alongside senior IT leadership, you'll help drive AI, cyber security and digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen capabilities and support long-term business objectives.

Description
- Support the delivery of the organisation's digital transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies.
- Lead and coordinate digital transformation projects from inception to delivery.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand challenges and define technology solutions.
- Support cyber security initiatives, governance activities and continuous improvement programmes.
- Manage relationships with external technology partners and suppliers.
- Drive process improvement and workflow automation across multiple business functions.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
- Monitor project progress, risks and benefits realisation.
- Contribute to future technology strategy and innovation programmes.

Profile
We're particularly interested in individuals who demonstrate:

- Experience supporting or delivering business change or technology projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- The ability to analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
