About the Role

The Digital Transformation Principal (DTP) supports the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives and plays a key role in delivering successful client outcomes. This position works closely with the Digital Transformation Lead (DTL) and senior stakeholders to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and contribute to the execution of large-scale transformation programs.

The DTP engages directly with clients to help design and implement tailored digital solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires a balance of business and technical acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. The DTP is actively involved in both strategy development and delivery execution, contributing to measurable outcomes while continuing to build expertise in digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Support Digital Strategy Development

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies aligned to client goals
  • Contribute to solution design under guidance of senior leadership
  • Align digital initiatives with business objectives such as growth, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Identify customer pain points and translate them into digital solutions
  • Define business cases and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Articulate long-term digital strategy and technology adoption goals

Support Delivery of Transformation Programs

  • Participate in managing digital transformation programs across timelines and budgets
  • Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs, and report to stakeholders
  • Support risk identification and mitigation planning
  • Manage projects with minimal oversight in certain scenarios

  • Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to drive alignment and success

Leadership and Team Coordination

  • Support and guide junior team members
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and efficient resource utilization

Continuous Learning and Development

  • Stay current on emerging technologies and transformation methodologies
  • Participate in internal training and development programs
  • Build capabilities toward progression into the DTL role

Requirements

Required Experience and Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting (digital transformation, IT, or management)
  • Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs in complex enterprise environments
  • Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role engaging mid to senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to contribute to shaping and selling transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from design through implementation

Technical and Professional Skills

  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid project management experience and familiarity with methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • Advanced degree preferred

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Design Thinking, Service Design, CDTP
  • PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ITIL
  • TOGAF, CCMP, CISA, CISSP
  • AWS, Microsoft, or GCP cloud certifications
  • Agile, DevOps, CBAP, Six Sigma, PROSCI, MSP
