Digital Travel Advisor - Remote
Job Description
As a Digital Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with researching destinations, organizing travel details, and providing personalized recommendations. You will communicate with clients, manage travel information, and help ensure a smooth planning experience from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, planning, and using digital tools to support travelers.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning and destination research
- Provide travel recommendations and helpful guidance
- Create and organize travel details and itineraries
- Communicate with clients using email and digital platforms
- Maintain accurate client information and follow up on requests
- Stay updated on travel trends and destination information

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
