Invent AI and Digital Trust (AI & DT) Practice
Our security specialists and innovators enable our clients to evaluate cyber risks, redesign cybersecurity operating models, modernise digital identity capabilities, lead programmes to drive security culture change, and transform security and compliance regimes to make them efficient, effective, sustainable, and resilient.
Your Role
As a Senior Manager within AI & Digital Trust, you will lead complex client engagements, shape strategic solutions, drive business growth across cyber security, Digital Trust and AI-enabled risk transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping organisations manage emerging risks while delivering measurable business outcomes.
A successful Senior Manager:
- Shapes client strategy, not just delivery.
- Leads multiple teams and senior stakeholders through ambiguity and change.
- Originates and converts new business opportunities.
- Builds a market profile through thought leadership and proposition development.
- Develops future talent while strengthening the Digital Trust practice.
- Is recognised internally and externally as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping through to delivery.
- Influencing C-suite, risk, security and technology leaders to drive decision-making and secure buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Owning client relationships, engagement quality, commercial performance and delivery outcomes.
- Driving business development through proposition development, account growth, bids, proposals and market-facing thought leadership.
- Building and scaling Digital Trust capability through asset development, knowledge sharing, innovation and community leadership.
- Coaching and developing consultants and managers, creating high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Providing recognised expertise in areas such as GenAI Security and Risk management.
Optional: Required certifications, licenses or languages
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£1m of consulting revenues.
