Join a well-known consumer brand on a 6-month contract basis, helping to shape and improve the online customer experience for millions of users. Working as part of a collaborative in-house Studio team, you'll play a key role in delivering commercially focused digital design that drives engagement, conversion, and business growth.

Role Overview

  • Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in London)
  • Package: Inside IR35 Contract rate (to be discussed)
  • Industry: Hospitality / Ecommerce

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design intuitive, customer-focused web experiences that enhance usability and drive conversions.
  • Create engaging UI solutions across key areas of the website, including landing pages, promotional content, and merchandising features.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation programs by producing design variations and optimization concepts.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Product, Marketing, and CRM teams to deliver high-impact digital improvements.
  • Use customer insights, behavioral data, and performance metrics to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Ensure all creative output maintains brand consistency while meeting commercial objectives.
  • Support ongoing customer journey improvements that enhance the overall digital experience.

Main Skills Needed

  • Proven experience in Digital or UI Design within an Ecommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital performance.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer journeys, usability, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience creating scalable designs using component-based design systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern digital design workflows.
  • Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, business goals, and brand standards.
  • Able to work independently while delivering high-quality work at pace.
