We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive and collaborative Digital Webflow Designer to support the delivery and optimisation of digital experiences across CSG platforms.

Reporting into the Senior Creative Lead and sitting within CSG Creative, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create, update and manage content across Webflow, ensuring experiences are high-quality, scalable, accessible and aligned to Sky brand standards.

A key focus of the role will be supporting the evolution of CSG Home, the central digital hub for Customer Service Group colleagues.

In our Customer Service Group Team, we aim to offer the best customer service through our amazing people. Whether you’re a frontline colleague speaking to a customer, or one of brilliant support people, you’ll have the passion for creating great experiences for our people and our customers. We help connect our customers to the products and entertainment that they love, and as part of our fast-paced team, no two days are the same.

What you’ll do

  • Build, update and maintain Webflow pages using CMS collections, components and reusable structures
  • Deliver rapid content updates while maintaining quality and brand integrity
  • Manage multiple Webflow projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain scalable component-based design systems
  • Apply responsive design principles across all devices
  • Design and build interactive and gamified experiences within Webflow
  • Develop engaging interactions, animations and micro-experiences
  • Support measurement and optimisation through engagement data
  • Improve UX, navigation, layout and platform performance
  • Support governance, publishing workflows, QA and cross-browser optimisation
  • Maintain clean, scalable builds using HTML/CSS principles and Webflow best practice

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
