⏰ Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week - hybrid)

The Role & Team
We're looking for a Digital Workplace Manager to own and deliver our Digital Workplace roadmap, leading the small team that keeps our people productive, supported, and secure. This is a hands-on role, balancing team leadership, service ownership, stakeholder engagement, and practical technical delivery to continually improve the colleague experience.
What You’ll Be Getting Up To:
- Own and deliver the Digital Workplace roadmap, working with stakeholders to align priorities to business needs.
- Oversee key workplace services and platforms, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, device lifecycle, collaboration tooling, and service desk improvement.
- Build clear service management practices across incident, problem, knowledge, asset, continuity, and supplier management.
- Lead and develop the team, setting clear expectations, supporting growth, and creating accountability in day-to-day delivery.
- Use service data and feedback to improve the colleague experience and provide clear visibility of performance, risks, and priorities to senior stakeholders.
You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Experience leading a Digital Workplace, IT, Modern Workplace, or end-user technology team, ideally in a lean or fast-moving environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, digital employee experience, automation, and collaboration tooling.
- A track record of improving service quality through effective service management, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Confidence turning business needs into a practical roadmap and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.
- People leadership skills, with the ability to coach, support, and create clarity for a small team.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach, comfortable moving between planning, supplier management, team leadership, and technical problem-solving.

Desirable:
- Experience improving service desk performance through better workflows, knowledge management, self-service, automation, or reporting.
- ITIL certification or equivalent service management qualification.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Autopilot, or Jamf.
- Exposure to Gen-AI, agentic AI, or automation tooling in a workplace or service management context.
