Digital Workplace Product Owner
📍 Hatfield / Nottingham (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about shaping exceptional digital workplace experiences? We're looking for a Digital Workplace Product Owner to define and drive the roadmap for our workplace technologies, ensuring colleagues have the tools, services, and experiences they need to do their best work.

Working across areas including Microsoft 365, end-user computing, collaboration platforms, identity services, and workplace technology, you'll translate business priorities into a clear product vision, prioritized backlog, and measurable outcomes. You'll collaborate with technology, security, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful change while continuously improving the employee experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workplace technologies
  • Prioritizing backlogs and balancing innovation, operational improvement, and risk reduction
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Technology, Security, Operations, and the wider business
  • Driving adoption, service performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Using data and insights to measure success, optimize user experience, and deliver business value

What we're looking for:

  • Proven Product Owner or Product Management experience within technology-led environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and product backlogs
  • Knowledge of workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, or collaboration services
  • A passion for delivering outstanding end-user experiences
