Experienced Printer (Flexographic / Digital)

Durham Box Co Ltd is looking for an experienced Flexographic or Digital Printer to join our growing production team. If you have a background in corrugated packaging and take pride in high-quality print, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining print machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring all work meets customer specifications and our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate flexographic and/or digital printing machinery
- Ensure consistent print quality and colour accuracy
- Work to production schedules and output targets
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Minimise waste and maximise machine efficiency
- Perform quality checks and maintain standards
- Collaborate with production teams to meet customer requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in corrugated packaging printing
- Strong knowledge of flexo and/or digital print processes
- High attention to detail and quality
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
