Join us as a Digitalising Finance Architecture Lead

You’ll take ownership of the execution design for Finance Evolution, shaping how strategy is translated into delivery through business architecture, process transformation and change leadership.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving Finance digitalisation, making sure initiatives are coherent, sequenced and fully embedded to deliver sustainable outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Finance as you influence how digital, data and AI capabilities transform operations while delivering meaningful impact at scale.

This role will be offered as a hybrid way of working, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office to collaborate with colleagues.

What you’ll do

As our Digitalising Finance Architecture Lead, you’ll translate the Finance Evolution strategy, ensuring an actionable, adoptable approach, and shaping how Finance operates in a more digital, scalable and resilient way. You’ll own Finance business architecture and drive end-to-end process redesign using AI and change management, embedding simplification, automation and control by design.

You’ll define and lead the approach to change execution, making sure new ways of working are embedded and sustained across the function. Alongside this, you’ll hold accountability for delivering measurable value, so Finance Evolution initiatives drive cost efficiency, capacity release, stronger controls and improved decision quality, not just design completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
