About Us
At RESTOCK3D, we're building more than an activewear brand — we're building a team that moves fast, thinks creatively, and isn't afraid to try new ideas.
We're a growing retailer across men's, women's and junior activewear. Because we're a small team, everyone has the opportunity to bring ideas, take ownership and make a real impact.
The Role
RESTOCK3D is looking for a commercially minded Digital / Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone who is confident with numbers, understands digital advertising and has a genuine interest in business, e-commerce, sales and growth.
This role will focus on both paid advertising and overall website performance. We want someone who can understand how customers are reaching the site, how they behave once they get there and what can be improved to increase conversion and revenue.
This role is about more than reporting on numbers. We want someone who can identify what is driving performance, spot opportunities and turn data into actions that help grow the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing and analysing performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads and our website
- Helping manage, optimise and scale paid advertising campaigns
- Analysing ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue and other key performance metrics
- Monitoring overall website performance, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value and customer behaviour
- Identifying drop-off points or areas of the website that could be improved
- Reviewing landing pages, product pages and collections to understand how they are performing
- Analysing which products, categories and campaigns are driving the strongest results
- Identifying which creatives, audiences and offers are performing best
- Spotting opportunities to increase sales and improve advertising efficiency
- Understanding why campaign or website performance has increased or decreased
- Working with the marketing team to identify new creative angles, offers and advertising opportunities
- Supporting testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages and website changes
- Maintaining clear reporting and performance spreadsheets
- Turning performance data into clear actions and recommendations
- Testing ideas and measuring their impact on revenue and growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
