Quality Dimensional Control Surveyors
We have a new and exciting opportunity for Quality Dimensional Control Surveyors to join us on this exciting journey.
Are you enthusiastic about the idea of joining the world's largest Monopile Factory? Your contribution will be crucial in building the foundations for a future with Net Zero emissions.
Your role as a Quality Dimensional Control Surveyor will be integral to the success of this ambitious venture.
The Quality Dimensional Control Surveyor will be responsible for working alongside the Production Team to ensure that all required dimensional surveys are taken at correct production hold points. This will involve the use of dimensional control equipment and software. Working as part of a small team to check and verify all survey data prior to internal and client handover. Compiling reports, presenting data and feedback with production to enable a quality product.
Qualifications And Skills
- Time Served in fabrication industry (or professional qualification from an appropriate awarding body such as C&G, NVQ).
- Previous experience in the use of a Leica Laser Trackers & Total Stations.
- Spatial Analyzer and AutoCAD software use preferred.
- Understanding of the use of inspection and test plans that identify the DC points in the production process.
- Ability to produce reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to a plan and deadlines.
- Computer literate with Microsoft.
- Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) operator can be certificated.
- Good communicator and team player.
- Goods inward / control inspection experience for traceability and survey.

Pay Rates
- £23.56 per hour
- 2 Shift rotation 1 week days and 1 week nights, night shift allowance 30%
- OT1 Rate of a third of hourly rate for overtime on weekdays.
- OT2 Rate of time and a half of hourly rate for Saturday overtime.
- OT3 Rate of double time of hourly rate for Sunday overtime.
