Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.
We are currently seeking a Dining Room Manager to join our team in Loulou’s Nightclub at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours:
- 4 days per week (Wednesday- Saturday)
- Evening shifts with 3am finish
- The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What you will do:
- Lead the dining room operation, delivering exceptional and personalised experiences for members and their guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring service is tailored to individual preferences and expectations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and senior leadership teams to deliver seamless service
- Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team
- Drive operational performance by maintaining the highest standards of service and team effectiveness.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent understanding of luxury food, beverage and service standards.
- Exceptional communication and member-facing service skills.
