Role Description
The Dining Room Server role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Dining Room Server will provide attentive table service, including welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
- Setting and clearing tables
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff
- Ensuring service standards are consistently met
- Answering guest questions about menu items and wine selections
- Handling special requests
- Resolving issues promptly to support a positive guest experience

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Service Quality skills.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
- Experience in Food Service, ideally within restaurants, hotels, or hospitality environments.
- Knowledge or interest in wine and beverages; willingness to learn about products and pairings.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tables, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Professional, well-presented demeanor and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Basic numeracy and point-of-sale experience; familiarity with order-taking systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous front-of-house or dining room experience is preferred but not essential if willing to learn.
