This is an exciting new opportunity to work onboard this luxury trainline as a Fine Dining Steward.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptionally high standard of service across all aspects of food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest satisfaction.
Starting ASAP until the 4th Dec on a Fixed Term Contract Paying £2850 per month + food and overtime.
Fine Dining Steward, Responsibilities:
- As a Fine Dining Steward provide outstanding customer service
- Provide breakfast, lunch and dinner service each day and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties
- Service of drinks and canapés pre-lunch and dinner, afternoon tea service and the preparation and service of ‘welcome back’ drinks
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Prepare restaurant cars and related areas to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality.
- Stay informed about onboard menus and boutique items.
- Address passenger requests, including dietary or special occasion needs.
- Conduct yourself professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.

Fine Dining Steward, Skills Required:

- Experience within Luxury food and beverage service or Luxury hospitality.
- Experience as a Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Fine Dining Steward, Additional Information:
- Starting ASAP on a Fixed Term Contract until 4th Dec
- Paying £2850 per month
- Working onboard the train, typical pattern is 3 nights away, 3 nights home.
- Working a 40 hour week
- Shared Twin cabin
- Meals etc are all provided whilst onboard
- Any overtime worked paid at 1.5 rate.
