Direct Account Manager - UK remote - £30k - £35k + comms
DigiTech has partnered with a rapidly growing cyber security organisation looking to hire a Direct Account Manager to join their commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys managing inbound opportunities, running the full sales cycle, and growing existing customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move from an outbound selling role into account management, or someone looking for a direct side step with a growing cyber vendor!
You'll work with organisations across the UK, helping them strengthen their cyber security posture while identifying opportunities to introduce additional services and solutions.

- Qualify and manage inbound sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to close.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver demonstrations, and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain consistent pipeline follow up.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, building long term relationships.
- Identify and close upsell and cross sell opportunities across the wider solution portfolio.
- Develop account growth plans and proactively uncover new customer requirements.
- Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue against targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Provide customer and market feedback to support ongoing business growth.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales, account management, or business development role.
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, cyber security, IT services, or managed services.
- Strong consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Confidence managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
What's on Offer?
- £35,000 basic salary.
- Commission of up to £12,000.
