The Role:

Logitech UKI is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly driven individual to join our growing Enterprise Direct Engagement team in London. If winning business for Enterprise Accounts with an iconic brand gets you excited, then this role is for you.

  • Focus on an assigned set of top mid market and corporate enterprise customers within the UK&I
  • Engage with local alliances teams, like Microsoft, Zoom, or Google vendor teams
  • Position the full Logitech portfolio of business products across category segments maximizing customer wallet share
  • Execute targeted cross-selling campaigns on defined sets of customers
  • Creation and ownership of an account segmentation plan and overall business plan for your accounts
  • Execution of your plan on the grounds of the region’s Direct Engagement plan
  • Create opportunities and drive continued growth with new and existing corporate enterprise customers in the region
  • Execute and achieve targets in an intense, fast-paced, rapidly changing and quarterly-driven environment
  • Target and win net new corporate enterprise customers in the country, to sell them the Logitech business to business portfolio, win RFPs, and standards within a targeted list
  • Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives to your client base
  • Business development by identifying cross & upselling opportunities with your enterprise and mid-market customers, working together with our channel partners like resellers and distributors
  • Maintain an accurate and updated revenue funnel at all times with enough coverage to exceed quota
  • Own your personal direct engagement and growth plan
  • Collaborate with key partners to develop your end customer deals pipeline
  • Develop, corporate enterprise customers' account plans,
  • On-time delivery of regular activity reports including implemented and planned activities, turnover overview vs. budget, and future objectives
  • Responsibility to keep an updated pipeline funnel at all times through salesforce.com

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Proven business-to-business commercial experience
  • Demonstrated commercial success and ability to exceed targets with Enterprise and mid-market customers across the UK&I
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to manage the entire customer engagement cycle
  • Understanding of how Marketing and Business Development work together, including understanding of how leads move through the funnel
  • Results-driven and able to prioritise
  • Excel in collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Strong influencer, creative strategic thinker and fast learner
  • Will put in the required effort to quickly bring in required revenue
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Autonomous and self-motivated
  • Influential communicator and great presentation skills
  • Persuasive, charismatic, engaging, confident
  • International mind-set
  • Fluency in English is essential for success in this position
  • The role requires travel within the region
