Overview:
DM Account Manager will serve as a central point of contact for client communication services, developing a strong understanding of the client’s business and identifying opportunities to enhance the Xerox offering. This role provides collaborative advice across direct mail, print production, and applicable communication channels while ensuring production teams receive clear and comprehensive briefs. The Account Manager will build relationships across tactical, management, and strategic levels while supporting operational excellence.

What You Will Do:
- Manage direct mail print buying across client accounts, receiving client briefs, obtaining costs from Xerox’s established supplier roster, and recommending the right mail pack for each client’s needs
- Advise clients on direct mail design, format, data requirements, print, fulfilment, and postage options, including relevant postal services and incentives, to help achieve effective campaign outcomes
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate costs while applying commercial awareness to revenue, profit and loss, and opportunities for organic account growth
- Coordinate day-to-day client and internal communication through email and Teams, translating client requirements into clear briefs and job instructions for operational and production teams
- Support delivery of direct mail and commercial print activity from brief through production, including occasional supplier and printer visits and hosting clients on site when required

What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience in print procurement and account management within Direct Mail and Commercial Print production, including at least two to three years of direct mail experience
- Knowledge of direct mail processes, including data processing, print, fulfilment, and postage
- Strong client-facing, customer service, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial experience including supplier negotiation, revenue growth, and profit and loss awareness, combined with strong project management and organisational skills
- Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, LOOKUPS, and pivot tables, along with experience using collaborative workflow software and MI reporting
