Job Summary

Nearly every member of the population will know someone who has received a blood transfusion. But how many of those individuals will donate blood themselves? This is the complex challenge that our team face every single day, but it’s one that we are committed to tackling. Join us and you will be instrumental in helping us raise the number of UK donors.

Helping us maintain a bold and open dialogue with the public by gathering and transmitting session support activity information, you will ensure our communications are not only timely, but deeply engaging. You will be able to pursue a wealth of opportunities within the organisation; there really isn’t a better place in which to learn and explore this fascinating field of communications.

You will be using our industry leading marketing automation systems to build, test, and send compelling email, SMS, and push message communications to new and existing donors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
