Ignite is proud to be partnering with one of the UK's fastest-scaling challenger brands in the FMCG space.
Off the back of a period of standout growth, the business is now on the hunt for a Creative Strategist to own their Performance Creative output across Meta, TikTok & YouTube.
It's a fantastic chance to join a founder-led, ambitious company where Direct Response / Performance Marketing drives the growth engine - and where you'll get real autonomy, ownership and influence from day one.
What we're looking for:
⭐️ 4+ years in Creative Strategy, Direct Response or Performance Marketing
⭐️ Hands-on track record managing Meta Ads at scale; TikTok & YouTube experience a big plus
⭐️ Experience handling substantial Paid Media budgets
⭐️ A proven history scaling D2C or E-Commerce brands via Paid Social, ideally in fast-growth consumer businesses
⭐️ Commercially sharp, data-driven and analytical by nature

⭐️ Competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)
