| Meta Ads | DTC Brand | Long-Term
We’re hiring one direct response video editor to join a small creative team whose work has driven eight figures in DTC revenue.
This is a long-term role for someone who already understands Meta ads and wants to get significantly better at performance creative.
We don’t hire often. When we open a seat on this team, it’s because we’re looking for someone we can invest in for the long term.
We sell products people use every day to sleep better and regulate their nervous system. We’re growing quickly, which means meaningful ad spend, high creative volume, and plenty of opportunities for your work to get tested.
This is not a brand-film editing role. We ship creative, read the data, kill what loses, and iterate what wins.
The Work
You’ll typically produce 15 to 30 ad variants per week from UGC, founder-led footage, product b-roll, statics, AI-generated assets, and existing winners.
A large share of that is hook variations and remixes rather than 30 completely new builds.
You should be able to take a written brief and produce three strong executions without needing a call.
Craft Matters
A lot of performance brands accept that direct response creative has to look cheap.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We don’t.
The ad still needs to convert, but pacing, sound design, typography, framing, and attention to detail matter here.
We want performance creative that feels native to Meta without making the brand look disposable.
Growth & Development
We want this to be a role you can grow with.
You’ll get direct feedback on your creative, visibility into how your ads perform, and access to the same tools, courses, and resources we use to sharpen our own creative thinking.
Both founders started as editors, so we know how valuable it is to keep developing your craft while gradually building a broader understanding of performance creative.
You’ll Thrive Here If
- You are genuinely interested in ecommerce and performance marketing.
- You watch other brands’ ads and think about why the hook works, where attention drops, and how you would improve the next variation.
- You want to understand the account, not just receive files and export edits.
- We’re a small team. We expect taste, speed, reliability, and curiosity.
Do Not Apply If
- You have never edited an ad that ran on Meta with real spend
- Your portfolio is mainly weddings, music videos, YouTube long-form, or corporate work
- You need a call to understand a clear written brief
- You are looking for one-off project work
- You outsource your edits
