About the role:
As a member of the Direct Sales Team in Viva.com, you will be responsible for converting both inbound and self-sourced sales leads into Viva.com merchants for card terminals and related merchant acquiring services. You will be providing a first-class sales service, aligned to customer needs and acting as a trusted partner.
More specifically, as a Direct Sales Executive, you will:
- Manage and organize diaries effectively
- Handle objections with resilience and persistence
- Adopt a results-driven approach with strong self-drive
- Work under pressure to achieve sales targets
To be considered you should have:
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or face-to-face sales, ideally within fintech or payment solutions.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
