Direct Sales Executive
Coventry (Hybrid) | £28,000 basic + uncapped commission + benefits

Are you ambitious, competitive and motivated by earning commission? Do you enjoy speaking to new people, building relationships and achieving targets?
We're looking for a Direct Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. You'll be responsible for winning new SME customers, building your own sales pipeline and helping businesses find delivery solutions that support their growth.

What you'll be doing
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound activity
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Converting inbound enquiries into new customers
- Presenting tailored delivery solutions to SME customers
- Negotiating and closing commercial agreements
- Supporting customers through a smooth onboarding journey
- Building strong long-term customer relationships
- Maintaining accurate records within Salesforce CRM
What you'll bring
- Experience in sales, telesales, recruitment or another target-driven role
- A passion for winning new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience, ambition and a proactive mindset
- Confidence handling objections and closing opportunities
