What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Direct Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated “hunter” who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys winning new business.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and converting leads, building your own pipeline, and consistently delivering against monthly sales targets. You’ll be making around 25 outbound calls per day, engaging with SMEs and presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Salary: £28k - £32k basic with commission & benefits
Location: Coventry (Hybrid)

- Proactively identify SME prospects, developing and managing your own sales funnel to build a strong and consistent pipeline
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity, including calling and targeted lead sourcing
- Handle and convert inbound enquiries into high-quality sales opportunities
- Confidently present our products and services, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling quotes, proposals, and contracts, lead virtual meetings, and negotiate commercial terms to successfully close deals
- Support new clients through a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring long-term success from the outset
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact
- Monitor customer performance and take a proactive approach to maximise value and retention
- Resolve client queries and challenges efficiently, collaborating with internal teams where required
- Keep accurate CRM records, ensuring data integrity and compliance at all times
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to support business planning
- Organise and manage all sales documentation effectively to support a seamless sales process
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in direct sales, telesales, sales, customer service, or recruitment with a target-driven, results-focused attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A natural “hunter” mentality – proactive, resilient, and motivated to win
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales
- Ability to work with data and identify opportunities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
